He has expertise in the VA home loan program and he prioritizes clear and timely communication to keep his customers informed and confident through every step of the loan process. With two years of experience as a loan officer he has developed the ability to troubleshoot complex loan scenarios and find solutions for his clients, even in challenging situations. Every day he has the privilege of helping his clients realize their dreams of homeownership by providing lending solutions tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Outside of work, Seth and his "better-half" Megan enjoy getting outdoors with their three dogs. He has a strong respect and love for the outdoors and enjoys hiking, camping, paddleboarding, and disc golf.

Jacob would never answer the phone. Seth was playing the blame game. The underwriters are slow and ridiculous. Me and my agent found them to be a constant headache. I was able to talk with Seth’s supervisor as he told me he was the manager and I could not go above him.
The entire team was respectful and kept me informed throughout the process. No one ever spoke poorly of any parties involved in the process and that is something i appreciate. Great overall service.
