Up until the Friday before we closed (closed on the following Monday) everything seemed to be going well. Then, I dont know what happened or who screwed the pooch, but someone messed up big! We were supposed to walk away from closing with $75.. no big deal there, but then, because someone could not read a contract, we were asked to come up with $11k to bring to closing, we found out the $11k number the morning of closing. The sellers had already pre-signed. This was the most stressful event of our move. We were teetering on breach of contract because of you guys. The only way out to close was to get a $5k lender credit (should have been all of it due to your mistake) and my agent ( a personal friend) had to sacrifice her commission to get the new closing day numbers to line up. I'll now be cutting her a check from the sale of our old home to help fix your mistake. And on top of this.. I was told my first payment is due less than a month after we closed, originally my first payment was due to be December 1st. Short of you finding a way to fix this, not only would I not recommend you, I would adamantly warn people about you.Now that that was said, Arlo and Lexie were GREAT. Easy to work with, decent on the communication and very clear on what they needed.
Overall the experience was pleasant few things was little irritating, asking for paperwork already sent or vague information. Sometimes the communication wasn't the greatest but was still alright
Arlo Topping stuck with us through the whole process, he actually went overboard for us, many times, even when we thought we’d wore him out.
