Can’t say enough good about Austin, he answered every question I had. Spent extra time explaining things and ensuring I was informed on all decisions.
He listened before answering. Worked hard to understand all of the individual circumstances. Apologized for Brenda Kelly and listened patiently to my complaints. I’m 70 y/o and have bought and sold several houses over my lifetime and even had a real estate sales license so I understood what was happening and could sense that Austin understood. He corrected many of the problems caused by Brenda that caused me to start looking at another lender. Austin saved the loan from going to New Day - they were ready to close at the same time.
