The team at Veteran’s United were exceptional! Home buying can be extremely daunting. The Veteran’s United team made my journey significantly simple by taking care to answer many questions before they were needed to be asked. That fact alone reassured me that my best interest were in the hands of professionals. When challenged at the last minute by unexpected changes, my representatives powered through without any missteps. Their diligence was impressive. I can definitively say that I am pleased that I chose Veteran’s United and had one of the best representatives they had to offer!
I can’t say enough how Ben and his team made me feel. From start to finish they treated me with respect and kept me calm about the whole process. My husband is a disabled veteran who is bed bound and I did everything to get us in a new home. Thank you
Everyone was wonderful. It was such an easy process. Will definitely buy our next house with them!
The only complaint I had was with the appraiser during the whole process. I would recommend talking with first time homeowners about how paying closing costs works at least a week before the estimated closing date, especially if they use USAA and need to have a cashier check mailed.
Ben and his team were wonderful to work with always making sure to keep me informed and was just a all around wonderful experience
Amazing!
Underwriters should request documents ahead of time and not at the last minute
