Brian joined Veterans United after graduating from the University of Missouri with a business management degree. I am originally from Kansas City, Missouri and I am a die-hard Royals and Chiefs fan. I love any outdoor activity and going to the gym. I truly love helping people and have the upmost respect for those who have served our country. Working at Veterans United gives me the chance to give back to our service members by helping them every step of the way in getting a home loan and achieving the American dream of owning a home.

The realtor that was assigned to my team was really bad. It seemed like I was expected to do everything to find a home on my own. He was unprofessional. In regards to the paperwork near the closing, the ball was really dropped. My closing had to be delayed 2 hours because the paperwork was not at the title company. I ended up having to call senior management 40 minutes before the delayed appointment to get the paperwork there. No one on my team were answering their phones during this time either. I had the inspections scheduled within a week of the purchase agreement. It felt like the wait for the appraisal was excessive and the appraisal along with the final paperwork was left to the last minute. I wasn't given proper time to go over any of the paperwork at the end. There also seemed to be a disconnect between my realtor and my team about closing costs.
Brian, and his team made buying my new home pretty easy . They kept in touch with me and always got back in touch with me if I had any questions.
Brian Flanigan and Audrey McFadden were all incredible and helpful. They even helped me find cheaper home insurance with similar coverage.
They were very professional.I am proud to meet the Veterans United team.
Everyone at Veterans United were fantastic & on top of their game!!!!!!!
