Veterans United made my first VA home loan experience much easier than I expected. The team was professional, answered my questions, and helped me navigate the process from preapproval to closing. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would recommend them to fellow veterans.

The Veterans United online application process was quick and seamless. My loan officer, Emily and her assistant, Samantha worked tirelessly to answer all my questions and concerns and always kept me in the loop of my loan progression. Closing was a breeze as well because they had me sign a majority of the documents ahead of time.

Yes, this process was a little stressful. All the way through the process though, the realtor, the loan officer, concierge, and loan coordinator were very helpful. We really appreciate all the work everyone put in to get us our new home.
