Overall Veterans united is great and will be going back but there is one thing that let me down. I was in contract on a home for roughly 6 months and I was told by my loan officer that I would be contacted about locking in my rate 60 days out from closing in hopes that I would get a lower interest rate. I ended up going almost 4 months and didn’t hear anything from anyone. Ultimately im going to have to now pay a higher Interest rate because I was never called to lock it in while it was lower. I would still highly recommend Veterans united for ease of process and communication getting close to closing. I just had a different type of situation and it’s now costing me extra Benjamin’s I’m sure.
The team I had at veterans United were very awesome! I wouldn’t have asked for any other people. Give all my thanks to John, Jessica, and Haley!
Start to finish, absolutely amazing. No complaints at all, you all have made my home-buying fantastic and I’m so happy that you all made this huge change of my life as smooth as you could. Very happy for the next chapter, and I would gladly recommend Veteran’s United to anyone in the home-buying process.
