Really had a smooth experience, they did their absolute best to find the best loan for us. We truky appreciate all the hard work.
There was a lack of communication among the multiple people working on my account, which led to confusion and delays.
Too many points of contact and seemingly “random” people jumping in during the middle of the closing period. Confusing who is what and what is who. Over half a dozen different ways I had to prove employment even though you asked for my tax returns which showed I was employed. Multiple pay stubs, multiple written explanations. It all seemed very redundant and or there was a communication break down somewhere. Overall not a bad experience but there were frustrating points here and there.
