I am still unsure if I would recommend VU Home Loans to someone. As a first time homebuyer, I feel like there was a lot of reacting and less proacting. I would've loved more touch points with the VU team to ensure we were all on the same page and not waiting until the last minute to learn the team is waiting on me or to learn that there are major changes to my loan.

Everyone was great (even the Navy Guy) and very respectful during this process. I can't stop telling everyone about the helpfulness of the complete staff. Kristin stands out to me because of her clear and concise communication.Thanks for assisting an Old Soldier find his retirement home.Respect,
