Everyone was awesome, anything that came up while I was purchasing the house was dealt with swiftly. There were a few times I needed help with some things on the weekend. I sent out an email, not expecting to hear back until maybe Monday, which I was okay with since people have families and lives outside of work. But whatever issue I had they where more then happy to set aside some time to help me.
