Mike and Ben were phenomenal to work with! I went in thinking this would be an overwhelming process but with their help the process went so much smoother. I honestly would not know how to go about this on my own. And they were helpful in every step of the way and communication was great!

Matt was fantastic to work with. The issue arose when he went on leave. I actually considered utilizing a different loan service because I felt that my privacy was compromised when questions about my personal financial history and situation were too invasive. For example, the loan officer that filled in for Matt asked why there was a large sum of money deposited into my bank account. I was appalled that you were monitoring my bank account. It is none of your business nor pertinent to my situation how my money is utilized. The only interest a loan company should have is whether I am able to fulfill my duty to pay my loan. I have been a loyal customer for two home purchases and was told that I did not need to sell my two homes to qualify for the purchase of my third home. I have proven through my track record of perfect payments through two home purchases that I am capable of paying my loan.

Thank you Matt for your expediency and great attention to detail in preparing our loan application. We also appreciate even though we searched for the right property for a very long time, you always encouraged us and said that when we found one you would be right there for us.
