Paul Farnam
Born and raised in Columbia Missouri, Paul feels lucky to have most of his family inside of a 2 hour drive. Not too close, but not too far! His hobbies include bowling, golfing, hiking, board games, cooking, starting too many home improvement projects to finish in a timely manner, and spending time with his partner, his dog and his nieces and nephews. Paul is passionate about helping veterans achieve the American Dream of homeownership to give the first step to building generational wealth to those that deserve it most. All of his work experience has been in customer service in one form or another, and being a Loan Officer is no different. Having seen hundreds of VA loans cross the finish line, he loves explaining the loan process in a way anyone can understand and is there to help guide his borrowers every step of the way!

Thanks for being there when I needed you to answer questions.
Paul was great to work with and always available to answer questions and provide guidance with the home loan process. He kept us informed during the loan process and greatly assisted us in working with Geico to secure our homeowners insurance policy.
Paul and his team were and are beyond outstanding I am a highly anxious and a huge over thinker and they helped me with all my worries and concerns like it was second nature. If it were up to me I would give them all a pay raise and a promotion. A 1000 thank yous and my sincere appreciation for them and everything they do. They made our families dreams possible.
He admitted that he should have looked closer at the state requirements for co-borrowers and impact on down payment percentages. The fact that he was willing to owe up to that rates very high with us. Had he made excuses, the rating would have been much lower.
When it's time to refi and eventually buy another place I'll be requesting Paul by name.
