Each time mortgage rates had a significant drop, Shawn would call me and ask if I would like to refi. I wouldn't even have to keep track of the rates myself (although, I did). This last time, I went for it, and it's saving me over $3,000 a year.

Couldn’t be less than a 10 after our experience, every twist was met with a plan and despite having issues at the very end, we still got closed on closing day!
