They have a whole crew that is there from start to finish to answer questions and explain the loan process and paperwork.
Great service and helpful but only select people, Steve was more than great however when I was transferred to start working with someone else, the ball dropped, everything took too long and then I started to get ignored to the point where I would call multiply times leave a voice mail and she wouldn’t get back to me until after 4 days. It was disheartening. The amount of miscommunication, bugs in the app, and documents that I had to submit also made the process even more disheartening and frustrating. I still would recommend yes but some effective communication and timeliness would be needed to increase my score
The amount of paperwork verification for the underwriter was a bit much. I have the $ in my accounts, but they wanted to see it in a certain way which was a pain to deal with!! I understand they are covering their interest on this, but was a seemingly constant bother!
The process was very smooth and the support was much needed for a first home purchase. Thanks to the team for everything.
