Veterans United Employee Tyler Lentz

Tyler Lentz

Tyler grew up south of Chicago and attended the University of Missouri, where he later found himself moving to Saint Louis to get on board with Veterans United. Spending much of his childhood at American Legion Post 330, Tyler's passion for giving back to service members is something that's rooted deep within his family. He values the oppurtunity to make a difference in the lives of service members, and prides himself on setting folks up for success.

In his free time you'll find Tyler on the hiking trails with his dog, Bud, spending time at the range, whipping up a new recipe, or planning his next trip. He's a devout Chicago Bears fan, despite the trials and tribulations, and receives plenty of grief from his friends about being a Blackhawks fan.

Tyler, Sarah, and Nick of the Veterans United team made my home buying experience outstanding! From day one they place my needs and questions at the top of their list. This by far has been the best house buying experience that I have encountered in my life. I will recommend this company to all of my Veteran friends.

He was the only person who felt like he was on our side but still the closing costs were constantly changing not in our favor which resulted in us paying more than we anticipated and all this occurred while we were driving across the country with all our belongings 3 days from closing. It was just very frustrating and then to get the house and all these things being broken, missing, needing repairs/replacement to the tune of over $2000. After all of that it’s really hard to be a excited about this whole process and its result. Tyler was easy to reach and did communicate through the process despite the ever changing closing costs and did help get them back down. But then they went up again 3 days before closing. I also did not feel like we were being explained as to why the closing costs were changing or what was causing them to keep having the incorrect numbers.
