Brandi, Zach's assistant did a great job responding to my emails and keeping me informed through out the process of my loan.VU is the best VA lender in the system. Easy process and affordable fees.
Zach, Britney, and Gavin were all really helpful and made the process easier than I imagined. Everything was super smooth and they were always there to reassure me of any uncertainty. I also truly appreciated the house closing gift. It was very thoughtful.
