Alex earned his Bachelor of Science in Business-Finance in 2008 from the University of Missouri, and has been working at Veterans United Home Loans for the last six years. When deciding what he wanted to do after college, Alex immediately thought about Veterans United. He is a veteran and knew this was his calling. Since 2008 he has helped over 400 veterans and their families purchase homes using their VA loan benefit. In his spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and children, Elsie and Breck. They also enjoy visiting their family in the western Kansas area. He is a very big sports fan and hope the Missouri Tigers can win a National Championship in the near future.

Working with Alex and his team at Veterans United was one of the best decisions we made. My career has meant moving my family more times than I'd like to count, and each move came with the stress of financing a new home. Alex and his team took that stress off my plate completely. I never once had to worry about where things stood — they were always squared away, always a step ahead, and always ready with an answer before I even had to ask.Every time we relocated, I knew I could count on Veterans United to handle the loan process smoothly and professionally. That kind of consistency is rare, and it made a real difference for my family during seasons that could have been chaotic. Alex treated us like people, not just another file, and it showed in every interaction.I can't recommend Alex and the whole Veterans United team highly enough. If you're a veteran or military family looking for a lender you can truly trust, this is it.
Very pleasant to work with.
The whole process was very smooth. Really enjoyed working directly with Alex. The whole team was great.
Getting started was fine, from selection of house forward limited to no info for me. Being told 3 separate times id get a call back which never happened. Was repeatedly told would come on 29 knowing I hade to have everything out of my old house by 29th. 2pm on the 28th no sorry it will be the 30th, this after asking repeatedly on Thursday and Friday if we were for sure closing 29th. Told yes. Now out 2nd set of movers at 1600$ and 3 days in a hotel for a family all with disabilities which is another 1000$ storage shed for days to store our house in outside shed at 226. So no this was the worst move I've had. Jennifer and her staff were repeatedly helping making calls and trying to get any information from Alex to no avail
I cannot be more pleased with all the help that was provided.
The reason a gave a 10 is every single person did there job above and beyond Any reasonable expectation.
My reasoning is simple they are all great At Vetrans United.
