Anna is amazing. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, and if I was to stump her on anything, she made sure to seek out the correct information. She kept me well informed pf everything that was happening, including what steps I needed to take to complete the refinace. She contacted me the day the rates dropped and was able to lock me in on a considerably lower rate. The new rate has given our family some breathing room in this tough economy. I could not be more pleased with the entire process.
