My experience with Scott, Brad, and the entire team has been without equivocation "awesome"! My team is very astute, patient, thorough, diligent, professional; "as well", their efficacy is second to none. Throughout this journey my family and I, have felt safe, confident, and truly "blessed" by this relationship. "To God be The Glory"! Thank You Veteran's United for standing in the gap for our family, and other Veteran's like us.
Our home purchase process a year ago was 10/10. Our refi process was 6/10. The rate is great and the loan team great however dealing with servicing teams and title company etc was a nightmare.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Daniel,
Thank you for your honest feedback. I am glad your home purchase experience was a 10 out of 10 and that you were happy with your rate and loan team during the refinance.
I am sorry to hear that the servicing and title portions of the process were frustrating. Even when different teams or third parties are involved, the experience should feel smooth and well coordinated. I appreciate you pointing this out.
If you would be open to sharing more about what made that part of the process difficult, I would welcome the chance to learn from your experience. You can reach me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time and typically respond the next business day to messages received after hours.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
