Brian is thrilled to work for a company that enhances lives every day. When you ask him what he does for a living, he says, “I help my Veteran friends purchase a home.” He prides himself on customer service and working hard for those who have served our country. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids. While he primarily serves as a free taxi, shuttling his kids to their various activities, he also enjoys the outdoors through running, biking, hiking, and camping.

My entire home buying experience was phenomenal. It was the definition of great customer service! The personal touch and the caring nature and attitudes of Brian, Stephanie, Keith and Gabby made buying a home a breeze. Having a great team working with you every step of the way made buying a house an amazing experience! Thank you Brian, Stephanie, Keith and Gabby!!
Thank you Veterans United for getting us to home ownership!David & Melissa
I have nothing but positive things to say about working with Veterans United and the team with whom we worked. Every person we worked with was friendly, professional, understanding, knowledgeable patient and always available for questions and support. Though the process of buying a home can be grueling at times, they made the process much less confusing and so much easier to navigate through and complete. They are so very supportive! We appreciated them all very much.
Everyone involved got the loan closed quickly and I appreciate everyone's hard work
Brian and Nikki were very helpful getting me through this process with VU. How ever I can't say the same thing for the underwriting dept. This is my 6th house buying and I have never seen an underwriting department be so picky. Example, pension are for life, I had to go above and beyond to prove this by getting letters for each pension saying pension is for life. 2nd, I had $32 going from one checking account to another (My play money). After explaining this twice with a statement, that was not good enough. Remember $32.00, had to go to PNC Bank and have the Loan Officer write a letter saying that the $32 was not a loan and in fact it was my money going from one account to another account. 3rd, I owned a Condo 25 years ago and was sold more then 20 year ago and has been bought and sold a number of times (Calif. Market). This address as Never come up in the last 5 houses that I have bought and sold but I had to write a statement concerning this property. The "To Do List" never seems to end and again this is house # 6 for me. I think the process could have been allot smoother. I picked Veteran United thinking the process is better then using a Bank, now I'm not so sure.
My Veterans United Team did an Amazing job getting my foot into a new home. They walked me through every step of the way. The team worked so hard that everything went so smoothly. They were always reaching out to me and giving me updates on the process. The team was alway a step ahead of the step ahead. Made my life so much easier and relaxed. I highly recommend using Veterans United for the next person thinking about buying a house. 10/10
The whole team was great. Very transparent with each step.
