Corey Bichel was great to work with. Both he and his team answered questions quickly. They explained the process every step of the way. Sometimes they had to hold my hand through the contract but did it graciously.

Response from Veterans United

Hi Lloyd,
I’m sorry the communication felt confusing and inconsistent. Buying a home has a lot of moving pieces, but you should feel informed throughout the process. I’d appreciate the chance to learn more about your experience. Please reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.

Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager

Complete outstanding service and usage for buying a home. Especially first time buying at all. It really enlightens and paves the way for success in the future if you know how to plan it right. Just be sure to have a couple of bucks in your pocket for expected out of pocket expenses.
