Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! Veterans United Home Loan is very organized and professional. A team is assigned especially for you to assist with all your questions and concerns. My team walked me through my process step by step . My lending team was always quick to return all my phone calls and emails. If I needed a something i received it . I also liked all the Videos available . I was able to watch them and understand what to expect prior to Closing. My lender allowed me to Digitally sign my final Closing disclosure prior to closing , doing this made my closing day move quickly. This organization made me feel honored for my Service as a Veteran .
