I was so happy with our choice to go thru Veterans United to purchase a home. They walked us thru every step and made the whole process so easy to understand. They were always available to answer questions, even weekends and evenings!!! From start to closing, David and Michael were great to work with.
Made the whole process easier with the support of a team especially with the busyness of military life. First time home buying went smooth.
If I could give more than 10 stars I would! My team (Dave, Tyler, Anna, and Josh) was amazing. Above and beyond the entire process. Always welcomed my questions or concerns, when I was feeling anxious or scared or lost they were all extremely reassuring and helpful and made sure I understood every step. I feel so blessed to have Veterans United beside me through a journey I was terrified of. I would have been lost without them.
The loan funding team extremely delayed the time we received the keys. My loan team was great and extremely helpful but your loan funding team is sub par at best.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Shane,
I’m really sorry for the delay in funding and how that affected when you were able to receive your keys. I know how stressful and disappointing that can be, especially after getting so close to the finish line.
I do appreciate you sharing kind words about your loan team, and I’m glad they were helpful throughout the process. I’d like to learn more about what happened on the funding side so we can better understand where things fell short. If you’re open to connecting, our Client Advocate team can be reached at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
The entire team was very professional. They guided me through everything responding promptly and cheerfully. I have recommended VU to all of my sons who are also veterans and several friends.
My Veterans United Loans team, David, Anna & Nicole were awesome. If I had any questions or problems they were always readily available.
