Devin is an exceptional loan officer. I just closed on a house yesterday. He understood my unique situation and went above and beyond to help me get to the finish line.

Very friendly and hard working team. However they seemed slightly inexperienced due to a few mistakes made along the way. They might succeed with a more experienced team lead. But overall we made it to closing.

Thank you for the feedback. I’m glad to hear the team was friendly and hardworking throughout the process. I’m sorry there were mistakes along the way that made the experience feel less smooth than it should have. We appreciate your honest feedback, and I’m happy to hear you still made it to closing.

If you’d like to share more about your experience, please reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.

Sincerely,

Sometimes my emails would not be answered.

I am still wondering about several questions about things but I don't know how to ask since my questions seem half serious to people and my interests are well, I'm not sure. Also I will never sit in the same room as a seller again. Good luck with that since everyone seems happy.
Many Blessings.
