Little hiccup with closing left us homeless for a day

You have given us home and our forever rest of our lives place to be at place I didnt expert this at our age
Great rates - better than anywhere else we could find.
It can be very overwhelming as they have multiple people contacting you for different portions and it gets confusing.
Veterans united made the entire home buying experience less stressful. The site was very easy to navigate and left no question on what was needed from my side.
There was too much back and forth. Everytime I thought I had sent in everything, I was asked to send something else. I also called several times and couldn't reach the person I was calling.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Aaron,
I'm sorry to hear the process felt so frustrating. I can understand how discouraging it would be to keep sending documents and then find out additional information was still needed. I’m also sorry you had trouble reaching the people you were trying to contact when questions came up along the way.
Communication and setting clear expectations are important, and it's disappointing to hear we left you feeling unsupported during the process. I'd like the opportunity to learn more about your experience. If you're willing, please reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
