Very happy with speed of process, overall - to secure our new, much lower, interest rate. Everyone, especially Jeremy Truitt, our Loan Representative, was helpful, transparent and professional. We were refinancing with a VA IRRRL. Jeremy quickly responded to any questions or issues we had, and never left us wondering where we were in the process. Also, he clearly communicated what we needed to provide in regard to pertinent information in order to move our loan forward in a timely manner. The only thing that was a minor point was that there was a document we needed to review before our close, which caused our signing date to be pushed forward a few days. If it had come to it, they were going to extend our locked in rate so we could sign at the rate we had locked in. As you can see, they were willing to work with us, and made our refinancing with Veterans United a positive and worth while process. Our payments are considerably lower and I am happy with the outcome of our IRRRL refinancing.

My son will be in the market for a VA home loan in the near future and Jeremy will be helping him do the deal.

I really appreciate everyone who helped in getting our house. I would say that someone needs to present a buyer the CD example to let a buyer know what to expect. I couldn’t imagine if an Airmen went thru this process and not prepared for the final cost.

Annie was amazing in handling my loan process once it started the underwriting process. The communication back and forth really put my mind at ease. I was able to close on my dream home and begin my life in North Carolina the way I have been wanting to. Will use them again without a doubt when I’m ready to get another home!
