I cannot thank the team that I was paired with enough! Joe, Robin, Taurean, Erin, Samantha, and the Veterans United Family as a whole. They were amazing and made everything seamless as possible. This was my first home as a buyer. They were patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They are great at what they do and are very professional!
Joe Koetting was exceptional from day one.
He was patient, thorough, and always made sure we understood each step of the process. What stood out most was his consistent communication and sincere commitment to helping us reach the finish line, especially as a military family managing a transition.Joe, thank you for your professionalism and for making this experience smooth and positive. You’re a true asset to the Veterans United team.
Thank you very much for making this process so stress free and enjoyable

Thank you my friend Joe. If I could give 100 I would. He made the process simple. Talking to Joe is like talking to an old friend. Easy. His knowledge of the home loan process is outstanding. He always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. Joe Thank you so much.
