Process was made easy by Joe and Gretchen. Everything progressed in a timely manner. They answered any questions I had quickly and made the whole process painless.
If I could give Joe Schumacher a 10+ or 11, I would. He not only met my expectations but exceeded it. Our closure deadline was for the 15th and he nailed it on the 13th! It was an outstanding and exceptional job by Joe and his competent professional and tenacious team who always stuck with me, communicated regularly and just beat their competition. It needs not be said that their competition is also a national player yet the Veterans United Team led by Joe and his dynamic can-do team beat them to the finish line and then some. Veterans United earned my respect to be number ONE.
Cierra was amazing and really went above and beyond for us. The concierge was not really needed and my loan officer decided that a week before closing it was a good idea to leave and got on holiday. Again Cierra was awesome, but our loan officer, Joe, was disrespectful and dishonest to both of us.
