Kim has 18 plus years of customer service experience and is passionate about helping others. She grew up in Imperial, MO, a small town just outside of Saint Louis and graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2013. Kim has been married to her husband Mark since 2014 and they have 4 children and one grandson.
In her free time, Kim likes to tap into her creative side and design and make lots of fun things. She also enjoys spending time with her family and watching the St. Louis Blues.

The whole team was great. Ophelia and Kim kept me very informed at every step. They made the whole process quite easy and simple.
