I was born and raised in St. Louis and graduated from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. I am an expert in the VA home loan and love helping Veterans put their benefit to work for them. Customer service and a positive customer experience are very important to me. I have two wonderful kids, Abram and Sloane, who keep me busy when I’m not at work. I manage my son’s baseball team, and we love being outdoors and playing all sports. Traveling is another passion of ours, and we love going all over the country to spend time with family and friends. I am a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues fan, and we love going to games as a family.

Our experience with the loan process was stressful due to several issues. My wife’s full name was entered incorrectly and not corrected until the very last moment, which caused unnecessary stress. Communication was difficult — I had to call multiple times to get updates. Even after providing full bank account access, I was repeatedly asked for additional statements, which felt redundant. There was also a lack of proactive follow-up on the appraisal and closing requirements. My realtor had to step in to move things forward, and due to these inefficiencies our closing was delayed by a couple of days.I believe more attention to detail, proactive communication, and consistency in documentation requests would have made this process smoother.
