Maggie was great! As soon as I applied, she called me, made sure I had an understanding and my intent on getting a home lone.
I accidently started the loan process earlier than I intended to. My loan officer reached out very quickly after I signed up, and even though i was not ready to purchase a house, she didn't close my case, but instead got a few preliminarry thiungs out of the way and then very patiently waited for me to be in a position to purchase a home. The whole process was very smooth, communication was clear and quick, and the online portal was very helpful to use. Overall, I am not sure I could have had a better home buying experience, and for a first time home buyer it meant a lot to me how much my team was willing to work with me and help me through the entire home buying process. Would absolutely reccomend to anyone seeking a home loan.
Maggie was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire home buying process. She would frequently check in on me while I was house hunting and was very proactive from the offer phase until closing.
