Michael Richardson
Michael is from Sedalia, Missouri. He graduated in 2005 with a degree in Communication from University of Missouri in Columbia. He worked in Minor League Baseball for nine years in Midland, Texas prior to coming to Veterans United Home Loans. Michael has two brothers and enjoys playing baseball, volleyball, and dodgeball. In his spare time, he likes rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals and all Mizzou athletics. One of his biggest interests is volunteering with children that have suffered a loss of a family member. Both of Michael's grandfathers served in the Army and were deployed during World War II. Helping Veterans is a way for him to give back to those who have given so much for our freedom.

Explain what services are required (well water tests, termite inspection, septic inspection ect and who should be responsible for the payment of these. Seems like the seller should be responsible for proving their water, septic is good and their house is free of termites???
