Mike and Jeff were there for me whenever I needed answers.
It was a long road in this case and I really felt well taken care of.

Jumping through hoops is expected with a VA loan, but I wish the communication was a little better so we could have provided necessary documentation sooner. The delay in closing from this was frustrating. Most of my team was excellent but there was one person that hadn’t called at all and did not email as often as I was expecting. We still have yet to have a single phone conversation with her. The rest of the team was diligent and helped us a lot though.
