It was not a good experience. Everything was late and constantly sending more and more online forms. When you call them you will not reach them. You have to wait for them to call you and many times are realtor would have to hunt them down.

The entire process was smooth. There was so much going on with work, life etc but the team I had basically eliminated the stress I would have otherwise had of buying a home and moving across state.
