Instead of dealing with a realtor and loan officer, we had 5 different people calling which became very overwhelming really quick.

While I understand there are a lot of moving parts with buying a home, there were a lot of people to keep track of and at times it was frustrating. There were occasions where it seemed like they had too many projects to keep track of. But once everyone was in the same page things did begin to move smoothly. I would have liked some sort of list of all the up front costs. As a new homebuyer I did not know what to expect and it seemed like there were a lot of surprise costs along the way. Looking back they were all valid and needed, I just wasn’t aware from the beginning.
