Noah Reff was born and raised in a small town in Indiana, where he learned early on the value of hard work and treating people with kindness. He left home to pursue a college lacrosse scholarship, starting at Missouri Valley College before transferring to Missouri State University. There, he wrapped up his junior and senior seasons as team captain, met his amazing girlfriend, and earned his degree in Finance.
During his senior year, Noah began his mortgage career as a Loan Specialist with Paddio Home Loans, a sister company of Veterans United. After a year of learning the loan process inside and out, he transitioned into a Realty Coordinator role to better understand both sides of the homeownership journey — lending and real estate. That experience now helps him guide his clients with clarity, confidence, and care.
Outside of work, Noah is a proud family man, animal lover, and lifelong Notre Dame fan (Go Irish!). His favorite part of the job is making what can feel like an overwhelming process simple and personal for every client he works with.
Whether it’s someone’s first home or their forever one, Noah is always ready to help make the journey feel easy, honest, and a little more human.

This loan was the second time I used Veterans United. Overall it was ok. I did get to closing in the end. However, sometimes it was difficult for my realtor to get an answer from the loan coordinator. Several emails were sent with no response.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Miranda,
I'm sorry to hear the communication during your loan process didn't meet your expectations. While I'm glad we were able to help you get to the closing table again, I can understand how frustrating it would be when you or your realtor had a hard time getting the answers you needed along the way.
We want every borrower and their agent to feel informed and supported throughout the process, and it's disappointing to hear that wasn't your experience this time around.
If you'd like to share more, I'd be happy to learn more about what happened. You can reach me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager

Noah did amazing helping us buy our first home
Noah, Zach, Monica, the whole team were all incredible in helping me understand what I needed to do and answered any questions I had and always had a positive attitude.
We absolutely enjoyed working with Veterans United the process was easy to follow and every step felt like we had support behind us.
Noah and Zach have made this process such a joyous time for me and my family. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their help in the whole process.
