A Missouri native, Rachel grew up in a family with proud military service as her father was a member of the U.S. Army. She is blessed with an amazing husband, Chris, and very happy son, Carter, and two big, slobbery and lovable dogs.
Rachel earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Missouri (Go Tigers!) and a MBA from William Woods University.

This process was brand new to me and I trusted my team to have my back but now I wonder if everyone had my best interests at heart. My very 1st day in the home I discovered an Electrical problem and I paid a inspector to do his due diligence and he missed it. But it would be hard not for the seller to know that this problem didn't exist! I am indebted for life on a home that on day one I discover this problem, WHAT'S NEXT!? I'm so afraid right now!!!

While the VA appraisal helps assess a property's value and basic condition requirements, it is not as comprehensive as a home inspection.
