Working with Veterans United was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Randy Nivens and his team did an excellent job setting expectations early and creating a professional, organized process throughout the entire home loan journey.Randy was consistently responsive, professional, and transparent every step of the way. What stood out the most was his ability to stay true to his word and provide steady communication during the process. Although underwriting and reviews took a little longer than expected at times, it was clear that the team was being thorough for the right reasons and ensuring everything was done correctly.Overall, I truly appreciate the dedication, professionalism, and teamwork Veterans United provided. I highly recommend Randy and the entire team to any Veteran looking for a smooth and trustworthy home buying experience.
Very Professional.
Best mortgage experience I've ever had!
Great staff making my decision of purchasing my first home easy with their help.
I was afraid to try for a home loan because of having been turned down by another mortgage lender and I saw Veteran Mortgage and decided to try them because my deceased husband was a veteran. They gave me a letter of approval and the rest is I got the house with their help my loan officer was so kind the whole team at United Veterans has been there for me I appreciate each of them very much.would recommend them to friends and family.
VU was very helpful and even covered a few thousand in rate extension fees and some underestimations in the final disclosure. They helped forward mail, setup utilities and had partner deals on home security, internet, etc. Overall, very helpful throughout the process and ended up getting exactly what we needed - a house - with only a few thousand out of pocket! Randy was awesome.
