I am proud to be a loan officer at Veterans United Home Loans because it allows me the opportunity to give back to the veterans and service members that have sacrificed so much. Growing up a military dependent makes it easy for me to relate to all of my clients. Trust and respect carry a lot of meaning for me, and I really strive to incorporate them into my professional and personal relationships. With a background of six years in banking and five years in consulting, it is very important for me to develop a relationship with my clients in order to find the loan that best fits their needs. I also have a background in customer service, which helps me go the extra mile to ensure my client's satisfaction.
I have a wonderful family - my wife, Megan, son Noah, and daughter Sophie - that keeps me constantly on the go. Most of our free time is spent chasing after our children, and we love every minute of it. I am a graduate from the University of Missouri with a major in Consumer and Family Economics. I also enjoy playing and watching sports when I have an extra second.

Very knowledgeable answered every question I had
Steve made our experience completely smooth. His team member Shan was helpful in making sure our documents were processed in a timely manner.
We have used you twice to buy a home. Our first time was AMAZING! This time, it was nothing short of pure HELL dealing with Steve and Shan. Disrespectful, unapologetic, insincere, irresponsible, lazy, and completely unhelpful. Matter of fact, I have no doubt that many of the issues we ran into we're their fault, mostly due to their extremely poor lack of communication with anyone and everyone involved! Never again! And I will warn fellow veterans to not use this company, or the very least, not to use Steve or Shan.
