This rating is based on comparison to my previous loan officer experience. Throughout the process, I did not feel as involved or supported as expected, particularly toward the end of the transaction. There were communication gaps, and pricing changes occurred very close to closing due to an oversight in the paperwork that was identified only six days before closing. This ultimately caused an increase in our interest rate, which was both stressful and unexpected at that stage of the process.Additionally, the lack of clarity around the final closing timeline resulted in a one-day delay. We traveled expecting to close and were not informed in advance that it would be pushed to the following day.While the experience was unfortunate, we are grateful that everything was eventually completed and that we are finally in our home.
We had slightly better rates with another lender but Thomas made us feel like a priority. Always offering his guidance and helping us make tough decisions. Victoria and Jordan were always ready to be a resource and make sure we were moving in the right direction!
