Torri Thomas, who was our loan officer was superb in all aspects of the loan process. She was there 24/7 to answer all of our questions and explain complex language that are typical on these types of documents to layman's terms that can be easily understood even to us common folks. She was very patient and always gave us the heads-up on what to expect next, so there were never any surprises that we did not know about, so we never felt over or heads with all the paperwork that comes with buying a new home.
