Trip at Veterans United was excellent to work with throughout our home loan process. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always took the time to explain everything clearly so we felt comfortable with each step. Buying a home can be stressful, but Trip made the process smooth and straightforward. He was very responsible and always followed through on everything he promised.I also want to thank Samantha for her help and support during the process. She was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. If there is one small area that could improve, it would be response times to emails at certain moments during the process. That said, everything that was promised was delivered, and the team handled our loan very professionally.Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciate Trip’s knowledge, professionalism, and dedication. I would definitely recommend Veterans United to other homebuyers.
Trip Klaus was the best.
The team I had was great and very helpful and informative. Only main issues I had were mostly with bugs with the app or a few things overlooked that I had to explain. But nothing that hindered my experience to much
The process was as easy as the market allowed, and the resources provided were exactly what I needed to go forward smoothly.
