Probably the best customer service from any financial institution. They were insightful, knowledgeable, and patient for this first time home buyer. 10/10

The whole loan team, especially my loan officer Tyson Smith, was extremely responsive, transparent, and helpful throughout the home buying process. They were also able to get us to close in time (in under a month).

The communication between team members was poor. I would relay lots of information to someone and they said they would let the team know but then I would talk to someone else and no one else would know. And we would have to repeat everything. That happened several times.
