Overall experience with service was great. They were quick in response and very genuine. We had such a pleasure working wirh Vetrrans United. They even went the extra mile to gift our family with a welcoming box. Love to give a big thank you to Wes our home loan specialist.

Wes and Bailey made this process as easy as possible. They were quick to answer and any time I needed to get them on the phone or needed a reply on an email or text they were quick to answer. I would recommend both of them for other veterans. I would also like to thank the realtor VU recommended. She helped me find the right people to inspect the property. I have my dream home thanks to Dana Panichella, Wes, and Bailey Best home buying team!

I thought the process was fluid. It was a quick loan process unlike some I’ve seen.

Poor communication internally led to delayed closing. Not all options were communicated to us as buyers. Very disappointing experience

Response from Veterans United

Hi Hunter

I'm sorry your experience left you feeling disappointed. Buying a home comes with enough moving pieces, and you should be able to count on clear communication throughout the process. I can understand how frustrating it would be to experience delays and feel like you didn't have all the information you needed to make informed decisions.

If you're open to sharing more, I'd appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened. You can reach me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.

Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
