Overall experience with service was great. They were quick in response and very genuine. We had such a pleasure working wirh Vetrrans United. They even went the extra mile to gift our family with a welcoming box. Love to give a big thank you to Wes our home loan specialist.
I would not recommend using Veterans United because throughout the home buying process it was hard to get ahold of my team. On most occassions i would call and leave a message and wouldnt hear back for days, if at all.
Besides the communication difficulty i thought Wes Dyer and Dylan were great. They are polite and very helpful. I wasnt a fan of Brandon, He was kinda rude, made a number of mistakes, and from my persepective, just didnt seem to care about me.

I had a VA loan in 2008 and did'nt have to do half the stuff I had to do for this loan. I mentioned this to my realitor (Shelly Keller) and she sat me down and explained the changes over the years and why. This helped me understand the process. If you have anymore clients in Colorado you should use her she is a great realtor.
