From the beginning, communication was clear, responsive, and professional, and we always knew what was needed and where we stood in the process.What impressed me most was how the team handled the challenges that came up right at the finish line. When an unexpected underwriting requirement threatened to delay our closing, Austin stayed engaged, communicated with us directly, and worked with the rest of the team to get everything reviewed and moving again as quickly as possible. We never felt like we were left trying to figure things out on our own.Buying a home is stressful enough, and using a VA loan can add another layer to the process. Austin and the Homefront team made it significantly easier.
