Billy was born and raised in Saint Louis, Missouri. He attended college at the University of Missouri where he graduated Latin honors with a degree in Finance and Banking.

Honestly, remove the "super duper secure" line when asking people to verify their identity when using the app... It's embarrassingly childish (at least to me)
