Blake and the VU team were so professional but also personal during an exciting home buying journey that could have otherwise been an intimidating ordeal. The App was a great tool to watch my progress and expectations. Very professional and available when ever needed

We first contacted Blake at VU home loans last November. He got an initial estimate together and was super helpful. We changed our minds because we had plans to move to Florida. He was still helpful and told us to contact him if we needed help securing a home loan in Florida. We decided to stay at our current home and wanted to do a refinance and he couldn’t have made it easier. It took around a month and we closed on our loan. Thanks so much Blake and team. My lender team was phenomenal. They completed the underwriting and closing in 20 days, which is the fastest we have ever experienced. They made the process very smooth for us and it felt like they were primarily taking on the burden of the entire process on themselves, which we really appreciated in a very busy phase in our lives. They were extremely communicative, keeping us up to date along every step. There was not a single point in time in which I had to initiate the communication - truly a first for us in our experience! I would give Blake and Julie a 100% , 10 does not come close for the fantastic job they both did.
