My lender team was phenomenal. They completed the underwriting and closing in 20 days, which is the fastest we have ever experienced. They made the process very smooth for us and it felt like they were primarily taking on the burden of the entire process on themselves, which we really appreciated in a very busy phase in our lives. They were extremely communicative, keeping us up to date along every step. There was not a single point in time in which I had to initiate the communication - truly a first for us in our experience! Blake, Nicky, Kaden, Julie, and the rest of the team were fantastic and we hope to work with them in the future!

I would give Blake and Julie a 100% , 10 does not come close for the fantastic job they both did. Blake from day 1 was polite and outstanding everytime I spoke to him and explained everything he spoke to me about, Julie was outstanding and went out of her way to help me with several things with the bank that we were running into problems with and Jim and I were both amazed at the outstanding job. We have not had in the past this kind of leadership to help us with the purchase of a home. So happy we Went with Veterand United Home Loan and I will for sure Pass on your information.
