Brent Schultz
I was born and raised in the small town of Hallsville, Missouri. I attended the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, where I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. It was in college where I met my wonderful wife Jessica. We decided to move back to Hallsville and pursue our careers. Jessica and I have a wonderful daughter, Brenleigh, who joined our family in January of 2012. With a little one in the house and a busy work schedule, we are constantly on the move. Whenever I do get free time I enjoy playing/watching sports as well as being in the outdoors hunting and fishing. But most of all it is my family and friends that give me the most enjoyment. It is an honor to be able to serve our veterans, and to provide them the pleasure of owning their dream home after they have given so much to our country.

10 isn’t enough to rate Brent Schultz, more like 1,000. Every step of the way Brent was in close contact with me, he would promptly return calls if I missed him. Although I'm sure I wasn’t the only loan being processed (which I understand as business is good and veterans are buying homes)although I'm sure mine wasn’t the only loan, Brent’s attention to mine made it feel like it was. Brents guidance and instruction was timely, very accurate and SUPER helpful. I had 0 understanding on the whole process at the start, the famous “know enough to be dangerous” but as each step of the process unfolded Brent perfectly explained it so I understood sufficiently to put in an offer and sign paperwork confidently. As times arose I would get correspondence or answers to questions on after hours and weekends from Brent (basically if something came up or needed to be verified Brent was on it regardless of the when). Brent and everyone at Veterans United are dedicated to helping and serving our veterans and giving us their very best.I could go on and on but simply said, Brent THANK YOU for getting us here. A dream that started after stepping off a plane from Kandahar Afghanistan in 2012 came true, and the difference was Brent and Veterans United.
