Very easy to work with
Overall, our experience with Bryce was very positive. He was responsive, helpful, and ultimately guided us through to a successful purchase that we’re very happy with. The only reason I can’t give a full 10 is because of one misstep during the process. When we submitted an offer on a home based on our pre-approval, it later came to light that our VA entitlement had been miscalculated. This resulted in a large, unexpected down payment requirement and forced us to back out of that offer. While everything worked out in the end, that moment caused significant stress and could have been avoided with more accurate information up front. Aside from that, Bryce did a great job and we truly appreciate his support throughout.
