Everybody was awesome from start to finish. Thanks again.
The timeline was extremely short, and the VU team worked hard to make it work. They were responsive and proactive, respectful and supportive.However, as great as the team was, the communication channels/medium was cumbersome. It wasn’t clear who did what on the team and when I needed to be talking to one team member vs another, and that was difficult once or twice when a pressing development occurred and answers were needed quickly.
I would hands down recommend this Veterans United team to anyone, anytime. Prompt service, professional, and always courteous, this team is on top of it all. If we ever need help again, I will absolutely not hesitate to ask. Thank you all so much!
